Testimonials

"Annette was instrumental in helping me pair away the inessential stuff in my life to make space for what's truly important to me.

I was overwhelmed at the thought of organizing my house and procrastinated doing it on my own for years. Without Annette's help, I may never have done it. She is delightful and organized, which helped me stay motivated. Confronting my "stuff" was at times emotional and confusing, and Annette was present and supportive at every beat.

Ultimately, through refining which objects I kept, I was able to see my home anew and recover some of my most cherished objects from the clutter of everyday life. I enjoyed our time together and I am so thankful to have had her help."

"I’ve told everyone that I could not have moved successfully without Annette’s help and that’s true! I was overwhelmed, was having difficulty making decisions and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I can’t take her enough for helping me through organizing, decluttering and moving. Forever grateful!"

- Jen
"I moved from a two bedroom condo with a large storage area to a senior building with a 3x2 foot storage space. Realizing I couldn't keep all the cherished objects and being in a time crunch I asked Annette to make decisions and take care of these objects. I basically just gave her the responsibility of taking care of it.

I trusted her to do a great job and she did. I really recommend her service because she listens and responds."

- Ann
"I feel proud and good about my space again. The process was life changing and honestly, one of the best things I have chosen to do for myself in a long time.

Without a doubt, I could not have done any of this without Annette and her gentle guidance, patience, and realness. I truly believe that Annette was the key factor that made the transformation possible; her skills, personality, conscientiousness, and honesty.

Thank you to Annette for being a person I could trust being in every part of my life."

FAQs

How long does your process take?

Project time can vary from person to person. Some people know exactly what needs purging and simply need an outsider to make it happen. Others would like additional support to work through some of the very real emotions involved in the decision making process.I’ve worked with clients where a closet took one hour to organize and with clients where an equal amount of items took one day.Either way is completely valid and I am happy to work with you based on your needs - but the timeline of the project depends highly on where you are in your journey.

Do I have to buy a bunch of organizing materials from The Container Store?

Nope, not unless you want to. I try my best to use existing storage containers you have or repurpose boxes or other items. You can get pretty crafty and thrifty in this area!Plus, often the goal is to pair down so you don’t need so many containers in the first place! There may be times in which materials need to be purchased, such as shelving for storage units or packing materials for a move.

How much do you cost?

As no two situations are the same, I work with each client on a case by case basis depending on their need. Please contact me today for a free consultation to see how we can work together.

Will you force me to give up all my stuff?

Absolutely not. I empower you to make the decision for yourself on what you want to keep and what you are ready to get rid of.I will never pressure you or judge you based on your decision. My job is to gently guide you towards what deserves space in your place and letting go of what no longer serves you.

What will happen to all the stuff I no longer want?

We can discuss what works best for you. Some options include: donation pick-up (for larger items like furniture) or donation drop-off (for smaller items).I also have resources available to work with junk removal and shredding services, as appropriate.
